PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed from Monday to Sunday. Orders are processed on the same day, the day following the order date or the first available business day. On average the order is processed in 1-2 working days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, not from when it is made. After the order has been processed and entrusted to the courier, customers receive an email notification that provides the tracking number and the tracking link. 

Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours (from 9 to 18), excluding national holidays.

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the Customer at the address specified in the order form, the courier will then make a second delivery attempt the following day, or the Customer will have to contact him to agree on an alternative delivery date, according to the instructions present on the Notice of Passage.

If this attempt is also unsuccessful or if the Customer does not contact the courier, the package will go "in storage" at the courier. The courier will then communicate the stock and will contact the customer in order to provide all the information necessary to collect the package from the courier's branch.

bymichelebavassano.com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of By Michele Bavassano.

Customers are informed that there may be delays in shipments during promotions and sales.

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or by the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the institution. If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is requested to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint file with the relevant courier office and promptly contact By Michele Bavassano at the e-mail address bymichelebavassano@gmail.com.

By placing an order, all customers establish a commercial relationship with By Michele Bavassano and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender at the expense of the customer. The costs charged to the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. The items can be returned for a refund in cash or credit within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written notice of withdrawal in the following ways:

If the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner referred to in the previous point, he must return the product no later than the fifteenth day following receipt, by direct delivery and shipment by forwarding the product to Michele Bavassano at Via Giuseppe Verdi, 86 05014 Castel Viscardo (TR), Italy.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent. The integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal, therefore it will not be possible to return goods if the item is not in the same condition in which it was originally sent.
All costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the Customer.
The shipment, until receipt of the goods at the headquarters, is under the complete responsibility of the customer, also for the possibility of loss of the same.
In the event that all the conditions and obligations of the consumer set out in the previous points have been respected, By Michele Bavassano will send an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Furthermore, it will refund the sale price according to the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.
The effective time for the reimbursement of the sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of the returned products depends on the payment methods used. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. For orders paid via PayPal, the refunded amount will be visible on the Customer’s PayPal account after a few days from the refund. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EURO). 

WITHDRAWAL FORM

The Customer has the right to communicate any problems (lack of conformity or wrong items received) exclusively via email to bymichelebavassano@gmail.com no later than two days from receipt of the order with attached photo.

Once the defect has been ascertained through the photo, the new product will be sent back to the customer without defects and without further costs.

In any case, in the event that the external packaging reaches its destination damaged (folding, scratch, dent, wet packaging, etc...) the customer can proceed in the following ways:

  • Refuse the delivery and promptly send a report to the address bymichelebavassano@gmail.com inserting the order number in the subject.

  • Collect the package by signing subject to specific control for these cases: specific reserve for folded packaging, damaged packaging, dented packaging, scratched packaging, wet packaging, damaged goods, drafty goods, scratched goods, etc...

In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund is made upon receipt of the package by the Supplier and only following the quality control of the returned items.
